i don't have a picture of it , but i just saw the coolest thing .......as you know my son and daughter are taking karate .......well- my daughter just broke a piece of wood in half with her hand !!!! it was soooo cool !!!! she tried a few times and on her last try ...... it split right in half !!!!! i will try and get a picture of it next time ...... i was watching through the glass window that parents get to watch through and i was jumping up and down screaming !!!! and if you know me - you know i can get pretty loud :)
.........ava was so proud as well - although i think her hand will be a bit sore tomorrow .........
