{ figuring it all out...}

i started my business a little over 2 years ago - not really knowing how i was going to balance it and motherhood, which direction of photography i wanted to be in , how i was going to brand myself, etc. .... i just knew that when i got a camera in my hand- i would get so excited and happy .... being able to visually document life. i have been taking pictures since i can remember and went even more crazy with photography once i had my children. human life is so amazing and once i realized i could help others to document their lives , emotions, and families , i knew this is what i wanted to do .....

i have had many ideas and thoughts of what i wanted to offer ....different packages, different products, etc. that i was confusing myself with so many options. so i had a revelation this past week ..... " keep it simple "

i have narrowed down all my ideas into a simple 1,2,3,4 ( 4 different packages )

one: photo session with images ( about 50 ) posted at a private gallery online and an online video to share with families and friends


two: photo session with images posted at a private gallery online, an online video to share with families and friends, a really cool magazine style proof book , and your high resolution images ( about 50 ) on a cd



{ this new proof book is really cool, really simple but elegant- i am sooo happy i found it .... i will post pictures soon - i already delivered the ones i got and was so excited - i forgot to take photos of them }


three: baby package: photo sessions from pregnancy to one year ( belly, day one at the hospital, , one month, 6 months, and one year ) with a hard cover book with the best images from each session ( about 75 altogether ), images posted at a private gallery online and your high resolution images on a cd at the end of the year


four: wedding package: engagement session, wedding day coverage ( from getting ready to reception) with 2 photographers, images posted at a private gallery online, an online video to share with families and friends, a hard cover book with my top picks of the day ( about 75 images), and your high resolution images on a cd



i will be updating my website with this new information ( and the pricing ) as well but wanted to get this information out to all of you now .... i feel so good finally having a definite plan of action.... it was just so hard to narrow down the photo labs, book company's, online proofing sites, etc. .... thank-you all for your patience in my learning curve of what would make me happy and especially you - my clients !!!
